We have finally released DPLabtools, our comprehensive Python package for handling digital pathology images! This was developed by Lukasz Itert with input from the whole lab and it is designed to support the handling of WSIs for AI development. Features include the ability to handle annotations from multiple platforms, and multi-resolution patch extraction. The parallel execution interface allows for the processing of multiple WSIs at the same time.
